Property Packages

  • Ideal For: Small-standard sized homes requiring a basic shoot of wide angle shots only or small scale projects requiring a detailed shoot such as a kitchen/bathroom.

    Time on Location: Up to 45 minutes on site.

    Includes: Up to 20 professionally edited images.
    Ground-level only (Full Drone Package available as an add-on).

    $350

    Additional time required on site due to property staging/unreadiness will be charged at $60 per 30 minutes.

  • Suitable For: Standard residential builds, interior design projects, and holiday rentals/Airbnbs requiring dedicated attention to detail, finishes, and layout.

    Time on Location: Up to 75 minutes on site

    Includes: Up to 35 professionally edited images.
    Includes drone shot if required for height/angle reasons (excludes boundary lines/pins; Full Drone Package available as an add-on).

    Additional time required on site due to property staging/unreadiness will be charged at $60 per 30 minutes.

  • Suitable For: Large and/or Architecturally Significant Projects / comprehensive shoot.

    Time on Location: Up to 2 hours on site.

    Includes: Up to 50 professionally edited images.
    Includes drone shot if required for height/angle reasons (excludes boundary lines/pins; Full Drone Package available as an add-on).

    Additional time required on site due to property staging/unreadiness will be charged at $60 per 30 minutes.

Real Estate Packages

  • An essential shoot for standard residential listings.

    Time on Location: A focused, 30-minute session to capture the key features.

    Includes: Up to 25 edited images.
    Ground-level photography only. (Drone packages available as an add-on).

  • For medium-larger homes, listings requiring a more detailed shoot, or properties where elevation helps capture the view.

    Time on Location: Up to 1 hour on site

    Includes: Up to 35 edited images. Includes drone shot if required for height/angle (excludes boundary lines/pins; Full Drone Package available as an add-on).

    $385

  • For luxury homes, architectural builds or properties requiring a comprehensive shoot.

    Time on Location: Up to 90 minutes for a comprehensive shoot.

    Includes: Up to 45 professionally edited images.
    Includes drone shot if required for height/angle (excludes boundary lines/pins; Full Drone Package available as an add-on).

Other/Additional

  • A shoot at Dusk or Dawn to capture the property in golden and/or blue hour.

    Includes: Up to 15 high-impact twilight images. Drone stills included.

    $365

  • When drone photography is added on to any photography package. Must be completed at the same time as the main shoot.

    Includes: 5-10 additional drone images. Boundary lines, property location pins included if required.
